Deliveries are made during business days (Monday-Friday from 10-5)
CHo jewelry offers domestic shipping within Indonesia with standard delivery by J&T, JNE, one day delivery by Paxel, or instant delivery by Gojek & Grab.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped on the same day, and orders after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next following day. During sale period, the large amount of order can result in longer delivery times (3-5 days).
FREE SHIPPING on purchases over 1,5 mln IDR.
There is no delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Orders placed Monday to Friday by cutoff time are processed that day, except for federal holidays. All orders are shipped from Bali via EMS by POS & DHL, and processed the following business day.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) may vary but parcels should arrive within 1 – 14 days.
Customers will be notified via email for any progress in their order status, including shipping tracking number once order has been shipped.
Pre-order deliveries may vary and dult signature is required on all shipments.

TAX / DUTIES / VAT FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customers with international shipments, especially for the EU area, some countries may have policies that make you need to pay import duties, VAT excise or other import taxes when the parcels arrives at your address.
You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
The final cost in our invoice only covers item price and shipping, and does not include any Tax/Duty in your country, please check with local authorities about these possible fees. CHO jewelry will not be responsible for these additional fees and duties.
Any complaints regarding this matter will be considered invalid, and we will not respond as it was purely your obligation to comply with your country’s policy.
If for this reason you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
